1 General Terms

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically credited to your q999 wallet within 30 seconds. IBFT bank transfers are credited within one business hour during banking hours. Card transactions are credited instantly at the point of authorisation. If a deposit is not reflected in your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact q999 support immediately with your transaction reference number.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

3.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

4 Betting and Gaming Rules

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6 Refer a Friend Programme

Referral rewards are credited to your q999 wallet when the referred player completes a qualifying first deposit and meets the minimum activity threshold specified in the current programme terms. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referring people to create duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and possible account closure.
